Decreasing your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing or removing it activates after a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Take a Break (Time-Out)
Feeling overwhelmed or need a break? You can request a Time-Out for a period of 24 hours or more.
Set it yourself via Details/Limits
Or request it via Customer Support
During this break, your account will be temporarily suspended. You will still be able to withdraw any funds, but you won’t be able to place bets until the Time-Out expires.
- Reality Check Notifications
We’ll remind you how long you’ve been playing and show your betting history each hour.
You can:
- View time spent
- Check transactions
- Log out or continue
- Set a new reminder interval
- Stop Gambling – Self-Exclusion
If gambling is no longer fun or feels out of control, you can self-exclude:
Set a temporary or permanent block
- Do it via your My Account section or by contacting Customer Support
- Once confirmed, you won’t be able to access betting features
- Permanent exclusions require a 7-day request delay to reverse and you won’t receive promotional messages during that time.
Account Transparency
Your account shows all your activities in real-time:
- Balance
- Deposits & withdrawals
- Win/loss records
- Betting history
You can access these via Details/Limits or by speaking with Customer Support.
Inactive Accounts
If you haven’t logged into your account in 30 months, it will be closed and your balance will be returned to your linked bank account.
